Benoit Lach – Associate

After five years working in advertising, Benoit Lach and his associate launch their own advertising agency in 2001: called Les Évadés. The agency quickly becomes one of the top creative shops in Montreal. For the next 10 years, Benoit works as a creative, a producer and a director.

During his time as co-president of Les Évadés, Benoit produced more than 300 TV ads, and led countless national and international projects for prestigious clients. He was rewarded with numerous creative awards.

After his success in the world of communications, in 2010 Benoit decided to follow his dream of creating fiction, and founded his production company, Blachfilms. The company’s first project, a short film entitled “It takes balls”, won top honours at the San Diego Film Festival.

As screenwriter, director and producer, Benoit continues to pursue his creative passion by exploring every step in the creation of the story.

Vincent Lafortune – Associate

A multi-disciplinary creative force, Vincent Lafortune took his first creative steps in the music world and garnered no small success in the alternative scene, before migrating towards advertising. Both creative and strategic, Vincent’s campaigns were recognized both by the industry, and by advertiser themselves, who experienced tangible gains due to his talent.

A true writer’s writer, Vincent founded Blachfilms in 2010 with Benoit Lach, with the goal of creating original stories, and giving himself an outlet for his talents as writer and actor.
